In 2019, the museum transformed a retired bus into New Taipei’s first art bus. The mobile art museum headed into the local community and made art an integral part of daily life for residents, putting into practice the concept of a museum without walls.

Combining the results of the museum’s STEAM Lesson Planning Project for elementary school students, more game-like hands-on devices were developed. For example, this involved observing how shifts in light bring subtle changes to animal cutouts, creating a more colorful aesthetic experience and unlocking the limitless creativity and imagination of children.
